评估后新建本科院校提高办学质量的着力点

摘    要:提高办学质量是高校的立校之本。新建本科院校虽然以评估为契机,取得了阶段性成果。但是规模的扩大不等于质量的提高,办学层次的提升也不一定意味着办学水平的提高。对他们而言,评估之后应抓住以下几个着力点以切实提高人才培养质量和办学水平:准确定位,科学制定人才培养目标;加强专业设置改革,逐步消除专科办学痕迹;构建综合、机动的课程体系;加强师资队伍建设,提高教师科研水平;规范教学管理。

Abstract:The development of the talented person's quality is the basic mission of universities. The new undergrad- uate colleges took appraisal as a chance and have obtained a stage result. However, extension of scale is unequal to development of quality, promotion of layer also uncertain mean level of exaltation. The new undergraduate colleges should hold tightly the following several points to develop talented person's quality after appraisal: Accurate fixed position and establish scientific talented person development target, strengthen profession constitution reform, set up comprehensive and mobile course system, strengthen teacher- troop construction, develop teachers'research level and normalize teaching management.
