摘    要:研制了一种新型数控立式绕线机用于并联空心电抗器的制造,具有自动绕线、倒线、浸胶、缠纱等多种功能。现场使用情况表明:该绕线机操作、维护方便,工作可靠,自动化程度高,其绕线和缠纱精度、生产效率比普通立式绕线机有很大提高。

Abstract:A new type of NC vertical winding machine is developed for the manufacturing of air core shunt reactor, which has the function of winding conductor and glass yarn automatically. Using this machine, we find it has a lot of advantages such as simple structure, easy operation and maintenance, good reliability, high automation. Compared with ordinary vertical winding machine, its accuracy and efficiency has been greatly improved.
