教育均衡与城乡教师交流

摘    要:农村教育水平的低下、师资的匮乏和教育生源的整体素质偏低的现状与教育公平、教育均衡政策的双向要求,使得城乡教师交流迫在眉睫.可是从经济学“成本与收益“对等原理的角度来看,参与城乡教师交流过程的主体只有在一定收益的推动下才可能甘愿去承担城乡教师交流所要承担的成本.本文从政治驱动、利益驱动、混合驱动和专业驱动四个角度去揭示城乡教师交流的动力因素,并着力从制度的执行、外在的帮助、内在的强化三个角度构建城乡教师交流的动力机制.
