| 摘 要： | 新近<劳动合同法>的实施,为劳动者权益的保护提供了新的工具.在实行聘任制的高校,对教师权益的保护能否与新近实施的<劳动合同法>精神一致,颇受人们关注.广大高校应当趁<劳动合同法>实施的良机,从制度建设、聘任合同、程序规范和权利救济等方面,切实保护高校教师的合法权益.
