| 摘 要： | 构建社会主义和谐社会是一个全新的社会价值创造与新型文明的培植过程.教育在社会发展中的先导性、基础性和全局性地位,决定了教育和谐不仅是社会和谐发展的重要内容,也是构建和谐社会的重要途径.理性审视我国教育发展所面临的深层次矛盾和问题,是实现教育宏观、中观与微观层次和谐发展的基本出发点.
