| Abstract: | ??The division of library and information sercice at our institute of 5 groups including books,documentary information study,duplication and iformation retrieval.In the aspect of basic construction,the construction of library building,the weeding of books and journals,open and semi-open shelf service and information retrieval are carried out.In the aspect of organization reform, the number of personnel and speciality structure are adjusted, the rules and regulations have been improved and a system to assess proficiency has been established. |
