摘    要:数字出版已经成为现代信息传播的重要形式,在未来出版业中有着广阔的发展空间。数字出版的发展离不开人才的保障,人才匮乏是我国数字出版发展道路上的主要障碍。加快数字出版人才培养,成为我国数字出版发展急需解决的问题。SECI模型在人才培养上具有自身的特点和优势,将其引进数字出版领域,有利于解决我国当下数字出版人才紧缺的严重问题,同时具有重要的现实意义。本文立足于数字出版行业,通过对当前我国数字出版领域人才的状况分析,结合SECI模型的相关理论及其人才培养过程,提出了基于SECI模型的数字出版人才培养的路径。

Abstract:Digital publishing has become an important form of modern information dissemination which has a bright future. However, it has become a major obstacle to the development due to the lacking of digital publishing professionals. How to speed up the cultivation of talents of digital publishing has become an urgent problem in this field. The SECI model has its own characteristics and advantages in fostering talents. It has an important practical significance to introduce SECI model to the cultivation of talents in digital publishing, so as to solve the problems of digital publishing talents shortage. This article, based on the digital publishing industry, analyzes the situation of the current status of digital publishing talents, combines the SECI model theory and its process in cultivating talents, and summarizes the paths of cultivation of digital publishing talents based on SECI model.
