| 摘 要： | 在社会经济的各个领域,大量的决策问题离不开对变量未来值的预测或对不易观测变量的预测。而在进行预测的过程中,最重要的是预测模型的选择。着重研究了灰色预测模型,同时对住宅市场的销售面积以及相关的三个因素进行了量化分析。经过检验具有很强的可行性和可靠性,为决策者进行相应的战略规划提供了科学的参考依据。

| Abstract: | In every fileds of society and economy,many decision could not be seperated from the forecasting for variable future value and variable which can not be observed easily.This paper emphasized on gray forecasting model and do quatiative analysis for the residential buildings sales area and three other related facters.We checked out the feasibity and reliability of gray system,and put forward scientific referenced evidence for decision-maker. |
