| 摘 要： | 地方高校图书馆存在于地方经济建设的主体之中，有责任为新农村文化建设发挥自己应有的作用。本文从当前我国农村现状入手，阐述了新农村文化建设的迫切性和地方高校介入新农村建设的可行性，提出了地方高校图书馆为新农村文化建设的基本思路。

| Abstract: | Local college libraries are the main part of regional economic construction,and should contribute to the new rural construction.This paper elaborates the urgency of enhancing the new rural construction and feasibility of local college libraries engaging in the new rural construction,and proposes some basic ideas for local college libraries giving service to the new rural cultural construction. |
