| Abstract: | Headspring is one of the gymnastic teaching movements, comparatively difficult to be mastered by students. To quicken teaching progress and improve teaching quality, we make the investigations, form advantageous leaching model and do an experiment in the two grades. The experiment shows that the teaching model can quicken the course of mastering tech-nique of headspring, improve the quality of headspring and provide theoretical basis for leaching reform of gymnastics. |
