| 摘 要： | 从本质上说,经济发展的竞争取决于人口素质的高低和人力资本的积累。通过实证研究,发现经济发展水平受到人口素质的显著影响,并通过定性分析论述了提高人口素质对劳动生产率提高、技术进步和产业结构优化的促进作用。＂人口红利＂消退、人口素质＂逆淘汰＂这两类人口问题对经济发展有影响。

| Abstract: | The competitiveness of in economic growth,in essential,depends on the quality of population and accumulation of labor capital.The empirical study shows that the level of economic development is significantly influenced by the quality of population.The paper elaborates on the stimulus of the quality of population to the productivity,the advance of technology and optimization of industry structure.Meanwhile,the subsiding effect of population bonus and converse knockout of population quality can also have impact on economic development. |
