| 摘 要： | 刑法学不仅是教育部规定的法学专业14门主干课程之一,而且在司法考试中占有十分重要的地位。传统的刑法学课程教学模式已不能适应司法考试对于法学教育的新要求,通过采取调整教学内容、改进教学方法、改革考试方式等措施来推进司法考试导向下的刑法学课程教学改革,提高课程教学质量,是加强刑法学课程教学与司法考试的衔接的必然要求。

| Abstract: | Criminal law is not only one of the 14 main courses of the law major provided by the Ministry of Education,but also plays very important role in the judicial examination.Traditional criminal law course teaching mode can not meet the new requirements of the judicial examination for legal education.The reform of criminal law teaching under judicial examination-oriented need adjust the teaching content,improve teaching methods,and reform the examination methods.It is the inevitable requirement to strengthen the convergence of criminal law teaching and judicial examination. |
