高职食品专业《仪器分析》课程教学改革探索

摘    要:根据食品分析检验岗位对仪器分析理论和技能的要求,构建了以完成食品检验项目为内容的《仪器分析》课程体系,通过采用理论和实践一体化教学,分小组实验、引入仪器分析仿真,改革实验报告的撰写模式和课程考核评价方式等途径,以提高教学质量,培养学生的应用能力,凸显食品专业培养特色。

Abstract:According to the requirements of food inspection positions to the theory knowledge and practical ability of instrument analysis,the new teaching system of instrument analysis course is planned of which the content is focus on the instrument analysis principles of food analysis.The new teaching methodology is applied,which includes the integration of theory and practice teaching,the practice of grouping experiment and simulation experiment,the reform of experiment report module and the innovation of evaluation method,etc.As the results,the quality of teaching is improved,and the practice ability of students is enhanced.Moreover,the distinguishing feature of food speciality is highlighted.
