| 摘 要： | 体育教师专业化成长是实施《体育与健康》新课标的关键和核心。体育教师专业化成长有利于《体育与健康》课程的科学实施,有利于《体育与健康》课程的健康发展,有利于完善和创新体育课程与教学方法。因此,在体育教学实践过程中促进体育教师的专业化成长,对《体育与健康》新课标的实施有着极其重要的作用。
