| 摘 要： | 经过＂十一五＂期间的发展,天津市城乡义务教育师资队伍建设取得了巨大成就,但还存在着城乡分布结构不均衡的问题,问题的成因是多方面的。在分析现存问题及其成因的基础上,运用线性回归的数据处理方法,对未来5年天津市义务教育师资队伍的城乡分布结构进行预测。

| Abstract: | The faculty for compulsory education developed very fast during the 11th-Five-Year-Program,but problem like the unbalanced development between urban and rural areas still exists and the reasons for the problem are diversified.Through analysis of the problem and its reasons,the urban-rural structure of faculty for compulsory education in the next five years is predicted by using the method of linear regression. |
