| 摘 要： | 目前,有关高职院校教师专业实践能力的研究取得了一定成果,主要表现为内涵探讨越来越深入,问题剖析越来越清晰,培养途径越来越广阔,政策措施越来越可行;研究中同样存在一些问题,主要表现在研究角度比较集中,研究方法相对单一,缺少典型案例的总结与研究,培养机制研究很不深入,形成机制研究非常缺乏。
