| 摘 要： | 现代高校必须有现代的管理，高校事业的发展有赖于管理水平的提高和管理理论不断创新。本文从对CI理论的分析入手，并将CI理论移植或导入高校管理中，构建高校形象识别管理系统，以促进高校管理水平的充分实现。

| Abstract: | Modern colleges and universities must be governed under modern management system. Their development has to depend on the improvement in management and the continuous innovation in management theories. By analyzing the CI theories and transplanting or introducing them into management system in colleges and universities, this paper constructs the management system for the image identification to promote the full realization of the management in colleges and universities. |
