| 摘 要： | 二沙岛体育公园是公益性体育公共服务供给的典型，公园因定位准确、理念先进、管理科学等特点，自建成以后收到了良好的社会效益，但在建设和运营过程中关于政府在公共服务产品供给中的角色、市场化的利弊、社会力量的参与程度等问题引人深思。

| Abstract: | Ersha Island Sports Park is a typical model of public services for public welfare sports. Because of the characteris- tics of precise orientation, advanced idea and scientific management, it receives favorable social benefit since it is built. However, some issues should be thought deeply in the process of construction and operation, such as the role of government when supplying public service products, advantages and disadvantages of being market - oriented, and the degree of participation of social force. |
