高职院校图书馆核心竞争力评价指标的权重设置

权重作为核心竞争力评价指标体系中的一个有机组成部分，是综合评价的重要信息，也是评价指标量化的重要因素，合理分配权重是量化评估的关键。在向专家发放调查问卷的基础上，笔者采取层次分析法（AHP）得出各指标的合成权重，为准确确定各指标的权重提供了一种有效思路。结果表明，在高职院校图书馆核心竞争力评价指标当中，行业文化服务的权重最大，核心资源配置的权重最小，从而对高职院校图书馆核心竞争力量化评估提供了依据。参考文献5。

Set up Weight of Core Competitiveness Evaluation Index for Vocational College Libraries

As an organic component of the core competitiveness evaluation index system, weight is an important factor for quantified evaluation index as well as an important information of comprehensive evaluation, and reasonable distribution of weight is the key to quantitative assessment of evaluation. This article uitlizes Analytic Hierarchy Process （AHP） to assign index weights for core competitiveness evaluation of vocational college libraries and the result shows that the maximum weight is industry and culture services and the smallest weight is the core of the allocation of resources which provides scientific basis to determine the core competitiveness index weights of vocational college libraries. 5 refs.
