论郴州文化精神的形成与发展

郴州文化精神是对郴州地域文化内涵的抽象与凝聚、发掘与提炼。如由郴州农耕文化的发端而生成的勤劳、开拓精神，由儒学传统的教化而形成的忠孝仁义精神，由佛仙文化的传扬而发展的善良、包容精神，由迁谪文化的影响而滋生的开放、忍隐精神等等。这些精神品格，深刻地植根于郴州的地域文化土壤之上，广泛地渗透于郴州人民的骨髓血脉之内，鲜明地体现在人们的思想观念和日常生活之中，既世代传承，永不衰竭，又与时俱进，在不同的历史时期焕发出不同的光彩，呈现出独有的特色，新中国成立以来，特别是改革开放以来关于郴州精神的大讨论，则是根据时代发展的要求而对这种文化精神的有意识的总结与概括。

The Formation and Development of Chenzhou＇s Cultural Spirit

Chenzhou cuhural spirit is the abstraction, aggregation, exploration and extraction of the regional culture connotation. The spirit of pineering and diligence comes from the famling culture, the spirit of justice and humanity from Coniucian traditional education, the spirit of kindness and magnanimity from the culture of Bud- dhism and the open and implicit spirit from Qian Zhe culture. All these spirits have deeply n~oted in Chenzhou＇ s regional culture, extensively permeated into the hearts of Chenzhou people and clearly shown in people＇ s ideologi- cal concepts and daily life. With particular characteristics, they have been passed down from generation to generation, improve with the times and glow in different period of time. The mass discussion of Chenzhou spirit since liberation, especially since the open - up and reform is the conscious summary of this spirit.
