| 摘 要： | 随着经济和社会的发展，传统的档案管理模式已经不能适应人们越来越多的档案信息的需求。我国高校传统档案管理中存在的问题主要表现在对档案管理重视程度不够，投入不足；信息化建设滞后；以及档案信息资源共享难以实现。构建基于信息资源共享的档案管理模式是我国高校档案管理的发展趋势。该模式的建设需要从顶层设计开始，加大档案管理的投入，构建高校档案信息服务中心和高校档案信息共享集成系统。

| Abstract: | With the development of economy and society, the traditional archive management model has been unable to meet the growing demands of archives information. The main problems of traditional archives management in China＇s universities include lacking of investment and attention, information construction lagging behind, and difficulty of sharing information. The development trend for universities＇ archives management is information resource sharing. The construction of the model needs to start from the top design, to increase investment, to build university archives information service center and the archives sharing integration system. |
