益母草中水苏碱提取优化的研究

摘    要:比较了不同提取方法对益母草中水苏碱提取的影响.通过正交试验测定并比较回流提取法与超声波提取法对益母草水苏碱提取效果的优劣.结果显示:超声波提取法与一般回流提取法比较,具有能耗低,能提高水苏碱提取率的优点,与其他方法比较具有优势.

Extraction Technique for Stachydrine Hydrochloride in Leonurus Saponicus Houtt

Abstract:Comparison has been made on the influences of different extraction methods on the extraction of stachydrine in leonurus. Measurements and comparisons have also been carried out on the advantages and disadvantages of refluxing extraction and ultrasonic extraction on the extraction effect of stachydrine in leonurus. The result shows that compared with ordinary refluxing extraction, ultrasonic extraction has the advantages of low energy consumption and capacity to improve stachydrine extraction rate. It has certain advantages compared with other methods.
