摘 要: | 学术期刊的转企改制势在必行,如何由传统的事业化行为转变为独立自主的企业化经营,以适应文化强国战略的需要,是每一个期刊单位和期刊人都需要迫切面对的一个现实问题。文章以科研院所、高等院校所属期刊为蓝本,以“编营分离”思想为依据,对其转企改制后的组织结构及其主要职责进行初步设计,以期为有关方面提供一定的参考。

Abstract: | Under the background of the into-enterprise system reform of academic journals, how to transform the traditional public institution behavior into the independent enterprise management for adapting the need of the cultural strategy for powerful nation is a practical problem which each journal organization and individual should face urgently. Based on the issued journals of research institutes and higher education institutions, according to the idea of editing-management separation, the preliminary design of the organizational structure and its corresponding primary responsibility after the into-enterprise system reform is proposed as a reference for related organization and individual. |
