高职院校教学诊断与改进工作

开展教学诊断与改进工作是推进职业教育管办评分离、引导职业院校逐步建立全面质量观、促进职业院校管理能级全面提升的需要,但面临如何准确把握教学诊改工作的范围和界限、如何建立个性化的教学诊改工作机制、如何与学校日常工作有效接轨、如何将教学诊断结果转化为促进教师发展的有效手段等一系列问题。为此,需要准确把握诊改工作的边界;以需求为导向,从问题出发,制订诊改方案;改变工作理念,规范工作流程;以改进为宗旨,实施绩效管理;利用已有平台,建设校本数据中心。

Analysis of Teaching Diagnosis and Improvement in Higher Vocational Colleges
