高职院校教学诊断与改进工作

摘    要:开展教学诊断与改进工作是推进职业教育管办评分离、引导职业院校逐步建立全面质量观、促进职业院校管理能级全面提升的需要,但面临如何准确把握教学诊改工作的范围和界限、如何建立个性化的教学诊改工作机制、如何与学校日常工作有效接轨、如何将教学诊断结果转化为促进教师发展的有效手段等一系列问题。为此,需要准确把握诊改工作的边界;以需求为导向,从问题出发,制订诊改方案;改变工作理念,规范工作流程;以改进为宗旨,实施绩效管理;利用已有平台,建设校本数据中心。

Abstract:Carrying out teaching diagnosis and improvement is to promote the separation of vocational education management, running and evaluation, guide vocational colleges to gradually establish a comprehensive quality concept and promote the overall improvement of vocational colleges’ management level. Currently, teaching diagnosis and improvement has faced several problems such as how to accurately grasp the scope and boundary of teaching diagnosis and improvement, how to establish the personalized work mechanism of teaching diagnosis and improvement, how to effectively integrate teaching diagnosis and improvement with the school’s daily work, how to transform the teaching diagnosis and improvement results into effective means to promote teachers’ development.Therefore, it is necessary to accurately grasp the boundaries of diagnosis and improvement, make the teaching diagnosis and improvement plan based on the need and questions, change the working concept and standardize the working process, implement performance management for the purpose of improvement, use existing platform to build school-based data center.
