| 摘 要： | 1998年人民币应贬值的压力排山倒海而来,近期国际上要求人民币汇率升值的呼声甚嚣尘上。人民币汇率高估会抑制我国出口和进口的发展。我国要澄清事实真相,培育企业的风险意识,可采取调整出口退税的措施抵消人民币汇率的升值。

| Abstract: | The overriding depreciation of RMB came down in 1998,and the voice of asking for appreciation of RMB internationally becomes stronger and stronger for the time being. The higher exchange rate will hold back the development of the im&ex trade of China. Therefore, the relevant facts must be made clear and the enterprising conscience must be cultivated. Some measures can be employed to offset the revalue of RMB exchange rate. |
