| 摘 要： | 产品生命周期的不同阶段，技术创新的重点不同。本文在前人研究的基础上，利用问卷调查获得的数据，发现转型时期中国国有企业在产品生命周期中，产品创新和工艺创新的特征与经典研究结论存在差异，通过引入财力限制和创新投入两个变量，证明了财力限制的变化是导致创新曲线变异的关键因素之一。

| Abstract: | During every phase of product life cycle, the emphasis of technology innovation is different. Based on former researching, using the data from questionnaire, we found that there is a difference from the result of classical research on product innovation and process innovation, in the product life cycle of SOEs in transition. By introducing two variables, which are capital restriction and innovation investment, it tested that the change of capital restriction is one key factors of conducing innovation curve's mutation. |
