我党对民营经济的认识经历了四次历史性飞跃,即从把个体经济当作“资本主义尾巴”到承认其是社会主义公有制经济的必要补充;从允许私营经济的存在到承认其是社会主义公有制经济的必要补充;从把民营经济作为公有制经济的补充到承认其是社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分;从经济上鼓励民营经济与公有制经济共同发展到政治上认同民营企业主也是有中国特色的社会主义事业的建设者。

On the 4 Historical Leaps of the CPC's Recognition of the Civilian Economy

This paper discusses about the 4 historical leaps of the CPCs knowing about the civilian economy, i. e. from regarding the individual economy as the " Capitalist Tails" to admitting it's the necessary supplement of the socialist publicly-owned economy; from permitting the existence of privately-owned economy to admitting it's the necessary supplement of socialist publicly-owned economy; from considering the civilian economy as the supplement of publicly-owned economy to admitting it's "the very important part of socialist market economy"; from encouraging the co-existence and co-development of civilian economy and publicly-owned economy to admitting the civilian economy owners are also the builders of the cause of the socialism with Chinese characteristics. Thus proves that the Party's recognition of the civilian economy is getting mature.
