| 摘 要： | 区划调整、乡镇撤并后,给乡镇图书馆的发展带来新的挑战和机遇。发挥县级图书馆的桥梁作用和纽带作用,调动乡镇图书馆的主动性,建设和发展集约型乡镇图书馆,鼓励发展村级图书馆(室),建设新世纪农村精神文明和物质文明。

| Abstract: | After the region adjustment with some towns canceled and some combined, it brings new challenges and chances for the development of rural libraries. We should exert the bridge and linkage role of county-level libraries, motivate their positivism, construct and develop intensivism-typed township libraries, encourage developing village libraries or reading rooms and construct the new era's rural spiritual civilization and material civilization. |
