摘    要:面对美国现行教师资格证书制度存在的“低标准高障碍”等弊端,联邦政府和专业人士提出改革的建议:提高教师资格考试标准,资格认证的重点是教师的学科专业知识,精简资格认证的要求,尝试下放资格认证的权力等。

Abstract:In face of the present deflects of low standards high barriers of teacher qualification certificate in US, federal government proposes the suggestion of reform: to enhance the standards. The emphasis of the qualification accreditation lies on the teachers' professional knowledge, requirement of qualification accreditation and to empower the authority of qualification accreditation.
