| 摘 要： | 自卑是人类特有的普遍的心理现象 ,其本质是主体对自身的怀疑和否定。自卑产生的原因在于环境(家庭、学校、社会 )的影响。人们可以根据经验的判断、理性的分析、内在的修炼 ,不断超越自卑。

| Abstract: | Self-inferior is the univensal psycrological, phenomenon which is peculiar to the humanbeings, theessence of it is that man is doubt and negaive on himself. The causes of the self-inferior lie in the effects of the environment(such as the family,the school and the society and so on),people can step out of self-inferior gradually according to the judgement from experience,the analysis of reasons and the training in themselves. |
