中小企业分销渠道策略浅议

摘    要:21世纪,我国经济持续稳定的增长,为我国中小企业的发展提供了机遇。中小企业有其本身的特点,无任何债务之忧,船小好掉头,发展劲头强劲。但由于中小企业的资金和人才方面有不足之处,加上我国中间商市场发展很快,大经销商越来越多,他们力量越来越大,想控制中小企业为其经营目标服务,中小企业分销渠道建设和分销策略都面临着挑战。

Abstract:The continuously and steadily increase of China' s economy provided opportunities forthe development of medium-size and small-size enterprises in 21st century.Medium-size andsmall-size enterprises have their own characteristics: no debt pressure,flexible run,full of en-ergy.However,because of the shortcoming of capital and human resources,the quick develop-ment of middleman market and the powerful big dealers which dealing aim are to control themedium-size and small-size enterprises.They are facing challenges on the marketing channel-buildings and tactics.
