| 摘 要： | 胡适自由主义人权思想的主要内涵是:人权的核心是自由,人格的独立和个性的解放是人权实现的前提;思想言论自由是最重要的人权;男女平等,提倡女权;争人权享自由,关键是人人去做人人去行;容忍是自由的原则,也是人权的保障。

| Abstract: | HU Shi was one of the leaders of the school of human right.The main idea of his ideology of human right includes the following.The nucleus of human right is freedom and the premise of realizing it is independent personality and the liberation of individuality.The most important human right is the freedom of ideology and speech.Men and women are equal;women's right is to be advocated.The key to struggling for and enjoying human right depends on each individual's practice and behavior.Tolerance is the principle and guarantee of human right. |
