| 摘 要： | 西方语言学批评在中国文化语境中逐渐突破纯形式分析的弊端，把文本形式分析与审美文化分析相结合，形成了具有独特品格的中国语言学批评。但由于受中国传统文论以及当前文化研究的影响，加之语言学理论及其具体批评实践的不足，中国语言学批评又存在着难以掩饰的缺陷，并渐成衰微之势。
