| 摘 要： | 近年来,河北省数字文化产业在动漫、数字出版、数字电视等方面取得了较为突出的成绩,但也存在传统文化产业的数字化改造亟待提速、数字技术对文化资源的整合力度不够、产业集聚程度规模较小、人才缺失等问题。促进河北省数字文化产业的发展,应从软环境建设、数字化平台建设、园区建设、人才工程建设等几个方面着手。
