| 摘 要： | 在总结十几年来我国城镇土地估价信息系统（LEIS）的发展模式的基础上，指出运用组件式GIS技术是开发可视化城镇LEIS的主攻方向，分析了可供LEIS开发之用的GIS组件和可视化开发环境，并阐述了城镇LEIS的设计思路。

| Abstract: | According to summarizing a dozen years' development modes of LEIS in China, this paper points out that applying ComGIS technique to developing visual urban LEIS is the main trend of LEIS. It lists the ComGISs and visual environments for the design of LEIS, and expounds the framework of LEIS. |
