| 摘 要： | 作为创新活动的动力系统,创新机制是学术界研究的热点之一。综观这一领域,视角主要集中在对企业、管理、制度、技术等宏观层面的创新机制研究,但作为创新活动的主体,对人的创新机制却研究不多。从心理学的视角,对这一问题进行初步分析,提出一个人的创新机制的三维要素模型。

| Abstract: | As a dynamic system of innovation,the innovative mechanism has always been a focus in academic.Searching this domain, the angle of view was concentrated mainly in macroscopic area,such as enterprise,management,institution,technology and so on. Being as a body of innovation,the individual innovative mechanism has been seldom discussed.The paper analyzes this problem with the view of psychology,offers a three-dimensional model of individual innovation system. |
