| Abstract: | The remission system,of which the contents were mainly remitting criminal's crime andpunishment,came into being with the states being formed. Its function is adaptability and tactics,which isdisplayed in helping comforting,warning,and doing away with the old and setting up the new. It played animportant role in stabilily of the domination. |
