国际档案理事会新入职档案工作者职业发展调查研究

摘    要:国际档案理事会(International Council on Archives,ICA)2016年新入职档案工作者项目组(New Professionals Programme Group 2016),通过各种档案专业团体网站及社交媒体平台进行问卷调查。来自全球5大洲、12个地区的845位新入职档案工作者参与了回答。结果显示:全球新入职档案者的职业满意度处于较高水平,但存在诸多因素限制其满意度的提升;受访者总体上未获得足够的专业培训和职业支持;大部分受访者专注特定的专业知识领域,有相应的培训需求;他们会通过各类专业团体平台获得职业指导与帮助。调研结果还表明,中国的新入职档案工作者与其他地区相比,在受教育程度、职业满意度、职业忠诚度、加入专业组织意愿等方面存在一定的差异性。

Abstract:The New Professionals Programme Group 2016 of International Council on Archives have distributed the questionnaires through a variety of professional archival websites, organizations, and social media platforms. The participants are 845 new professionals from 5 continents and 12 regions all over the world. The results showed that the job satisfaction of the new professionals in the world is at a high level, but there are some factors that restrict the improvement of their satisfaction; in general, respondents did not get enough professional training and support; most of the new professionals focused on particular areas of expertise, with corresponding training needs; they would get professional guidance and help from all kinds of professional groups. The results also demonstrated that there are some differences between Chinese new professionals and respondents from other regions in the degree of education, the willingness of job change, the enthusiasm of the professional organization, and so on.
