民初教育部对近代社会教育的推进及启示

民初各项教育事业的推进，尤以社会教育最为艰难。处在中央政府和民间力量夹缝中的民初教育部，在推进社会教育行政体制形成的基础上，逐步建立社会教育制度体系并采取系列举措加以落实，奠定了近代社会教育的根基。这些作为提高了近代国人对社会教育的认知，促进了各项近代社会教育设施的发展，创造了许多社会教育新模式，为民初教育增添了亮色。受制于各种不利因素，社会教育的实际成效与教育部施政目标相距甚远，其间的经验教训当为目前的终身教育体系建设所借鉴和参考。

In the early Republic of China, the promotion of all education is difficult, especially social education. Between the central government and non-governmental forces, the Ministry of Education, based on the establishment of administrative system of social education, gradually establishing a social education system and taking a series of initiatives to be implemented, lays the foundations of modern social education.
