| 摘 要： | 张家山汉简中的“私属”，既非一般意义上的依附性家众，也不是作为私家财产的奴隶，更不是庶人，“私属”是一个法定的特殊身份人层。它的出现反映了当时社会关系领域正在发生着一种新的变化。

| Abstract: | The "Si shu" in Han bamboo slips of Zhang jia shan Area wasn' t the tenants or the slaves just like we think of In fact, the people who was called "Si shu" was one who had got a special status by law. The appearance of "Si shu" embodied that a new change was taking place in the society at that time. |
