曾国藩《教子书》与素质教育

摘    要:中国传统文化是“为己之学”,学习的目的是为自己如何做人,即完满成就内在的德性和外在的事业,其方法是反复诵读儒家典籍。清朝理学名臣曾国藩在《家书·教子书》中对其子纪泽、纪鸿等的读书、言行进行严格反复教导的言论,实际上证明了其读经即素质教育的观点,并提出了读经之方法等。

Abstract:The Chinese traditional culture is schooling for oneself. The purpose of study is how to be a person in society by himself, that is to say that he must make contributions to his country with high degree of virtue and achievement. To achieve this goal, he must recite the ancient books of doctrines of Confucius and Mencius. In this field Zeng Guofan, the famous Confucian school of idealist philosophy of the Qing dynasty, (A.D. 1646-1911) submitted his views and methods about teaching strictly of his sons of Jize and Jihong on schooling and behaviors in his home letters.The above-mentioned schooling viewpoints have witnessed that the recitation of Confucius works repeatedly is just like the views of quality education.
