协商在高职英语教学中的运用

摘    要:协商在高职英语教学中具有重要作用,教师可以通过以班级为单位的协商、分小组形式的协商、师生一对一的单独协商的形式开展协商活动,使英语教学满足学生的不同需求。在协商活动中,教师要掌握好协商的内容、预计可能出现的问题并及时加以引导;密切关注学生的思想行为的变化,适时予以评价,尤其要表扬和鼓励;要充分尊重学生的需要,以各种形式提供尽可能的帮助;协商授课的内容与课堂组织形式,培养学生的主动参与意识。

Abstract:Negotiation plays an important role in Vocational College English teaching and can be carried out in classes,groups or one-to-one talk so that English teaching meets the demands of different students.During the negotiation,teacher should focus on the key point;try to predict the possible problems among the students and monitor its development;pay attention to the change of thought and behavior,the students' great need of timely evaluation,especially praise and encouragement;respect the needs of students;provide help for students in all kinds of forms;negotiate the teaching contents and organization forms with students and foster the students' awareness of active participation.
