| 摘 要： | 构建网络电子期刊综合评价体系不仅便于提高网络电子期刊质量,也能为图书馆馆藏建设提供依据。笔者综合以往研究者的评价指标体系,提出了一套新的评价指标,并运用模糊决策理论构建一套动态综合评价模型。

| Abstract: | Constructing comprehensive evaluation system of network electronic journals can not only conveniently improve the electronic periodicals' quality,but also provide the basis for library collection.This paper put forward a new set of evaluation indexes in the basis of the comprehensive evaluation index system of previous researchers and used the fuzzy decision theory to construct a set of dynamic comprehensive evaluation model. |
