论我国体育改革与发展中的“体制迷恋”现象

调查发现。在我国体育改革和发展的过程中,体育界普遍存在一种对整体体育体制改进的迷恋情绪,将体育事业的改革与发展仅寄希望于整体的、抽象的"体育体制"的改进。而缺乏对"人"的主体性地位和责任的分析。体育界人士尤其是体育知识精英缺乏对自身力量能够改变历史发展方式和轨迹的信仰,缺少提供符合时代要求的新思想和行动。分析"体制迷恋"现象的实质、逻辑困境和体育改革与发展中人的主体性问题,并进一步提出在注重体育体制改革的同时,更应该突出体育改革与发展中人的主体性地位,加强人的主体性意识,发挥人的主体作用,培植独特的体育职业文化,进一步加强体育职业道德和伦理建设等意见和建议。

Discussion on "System Fan" Phenomenon in Sports Reform and Development in China

Through investigation,we found that there existed a phenomenon in sports field.All were infatuated with the whole sports system reform in the process of sports reform and in development in China.Everyone in this field especially lacked main body consciousness and gave up the commitment that can change the way of sport reform and development.Everyone hope the whole system should be changed better,but no one can pay their practical move- ment.In this thesis,we analyzed the dilemma of it,and further suggest that we should strengthen the cognition and promotion of main body consciousness; improve the construction of sports occupational morality and ethics.
