Gray forecast and optimal time-cost decision on construction cost in electric power engineering |

| Abstract: | The paper puts forward a new method to solve the problem on construction cost of the UHV transmission line presenting the non-linear features, the new method which applies the gray forecast approach to the cost prediction and the optimal time-cost decision. |
