摘    要:现在的信息技术教育正涌动着一股忽视程序设计教育的风气,人们对信息素养的理解出现偏差,即仅从普及的角度来理解信息技术教育。程序设计技术的发展历程和信息技术教育实践都表明师生具备广义程序设计观的重要性与可行性,从广义的角度理解程序设计概念有助于"纠偏"。

Abstract:Information technology teaching in the school is emerging an atmosphere of neglecting programming.To us,the comprehension about information literacy appears deviation,that is:we only comprehend it from the perspective of popularization.To look on programming from generalized point of view is helpful for correcting deviation.The developing process and the practice of information technology teaching all express the importance and possibility on the view of programming.
