摘    要:逻辑起点是学科理论体系得以建立的前提和基础,对学科纵深发展具有重要意义.教育法学理论体系的“受教育权”逻辑起点论,是在逻辑起点理论元研究基础上抽象出来的,通过与逻辑起点内在规定性的一一印证,以论证其作为教育法学理论体系逻辑起点的适切性和合理性.

Abstract:The logic starting point serves as the prerequisite and foundation to build theoretical system of a discipline and produces far-reaching significance for its the in-depth development.The right to education,as the logic starting point of the theoretical system of the Science of Educational Law,is based on and abstracted from the meta-study of logic starting point theory.It demonstrated the suitability and rationality of its role by corroborating the internal regulations of the logic starting point in detail.
