| 摘 要： | “庖丁解牛”寓言故事千古流传,庖丁成长为一名技艺出色的厨工的过程,告诉人们做事应该既要遵循规律,又要注重养神,提高自身的精神修养。这一过程与教师的成长有其相似之处,因此,时至今日,庖丁解牛故事所蕴涵的道理对教师的成长也是具有启发意义的。
