| 摘 要： | 以上海图书馆为例。分析了留学信息咨询现状和图书馆在留学信息服务方面的信息资源和集成技术优势，指出了目前的不足。认为在图书馆内开展留学信息咨询是完全可行的，采取适合的资源集合、专家咨询以及后续服务等方式，适当开展有偿信息咨询服务。达到图书馆和读利益的双赢。

| Abstract: | The information about studying abroad results in great profits in intermediary but not in library reference service. The author takes Shanghai Library as a successful example to expose that the library has the advantages of information sources and integration. And the library can conduct payable information service in the way of integrating resources, expertise consultation and follow-up teaching service to gain the win-win between the library and the patron. |
