博采众长,探求高校德育新理念下的德育方法

近年来高校在德育实践中已基本形成了一致的德育新理念,即以人为本,促进人的全面发展。围绕这一理念,各高校都在积极探索,取得了许多各具特色的德育经验和方法,这是德育工作者可以利用的宝贵资源。本文认为,虽然各高校的实际情况有所不同,但是反映共同德育理念和一般德育规律的经验,还是值得互相借鉴。作为德育工作者,除了自己潜心研究德育方法以外,也要以开放的心态虚心学习,充分利用现有资源,博采众长,以便迅速有效地找到适合本校的德育方法。

Exploring the Moral Education Method of the New Idea in Universities

Universities have formed the new correspondence moral education idea during the moral education practices in recent years,which are to see people as the major body and to enhance the development of the people themselves.According to the theory,universities are actively exploring and obtaining a lot of their own moral education experiences and methods,these valuable resources can be used by moral education personnel.This article believes that even though the universities have the differences in actual situation the experiences of displaying the common moral education ideas and disciplines can be used among them.As a teacher working in this area,I will involve in studying the moral education and should open up mind to learn from the others and make the full of use the present resources so that a moral education method can be found for our students.
